If you would like to design the schedule of your conference, we are more than happy to offer our service and facilities out with the quoted standard charges. The standard charges for the use of our conference rooms, depending on size, are between 75,- € und 500,- € including VAT and exclusive of catering.

Additional technology i.e. presentation materials, Microphone and speaker system, lit, height variable and mobile lectern as well as video equipment will be charged separate.

Our conference rooms are fully air-conditioned and benefit of natural light.
